BloodRayne: Betrayal reimagined the series as a hand-drawn side-scrolling action game by WayForward, released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September 2011. Fresh Bites, published by Ziggurat Interactive on September 9, 2021, is its revised edition and the game’s first appearance on a Nintendo platform, with new voice performances by Laura Bailey as Rayne and Troy Baker as Kagan. Limited Run Games produced the Switch physical edition as Switch Limited Run #120. The filing joins the BloodRayne lineage beside the two ReVamped games.

Playback Compatibility: Nintendo Switch software is region-free. The retained game card is the primary access copy and runs on any Nintendo Switch console.
Preservation Concerns: Game cards are flash media; long-term charge retention, contact wear, and loss of the small card from its case are the principal risks. Any content delivered as an eShop download or update depends on Nintendo’s servers and is not preserved by the card alone.
Edition History: BloodRayne: Betrayal released in September 2011 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Fresh Bites released digitally on September 9, 2021; Limited Run Games issued the Switch physical edition as Switch Limited Run #120 in standard and Collector’s editions.
Access Status: Limited Run Games’s physical edition was a limited production and now circulates through the secondary market. The digital Switch edition was issued separately on the Nintendo eShop.
