Welcome to the shelf.
Bloodsoaked Media is where I keep the things that stuck with me. Games, films, music, television, physical media, weird discoveries at two in the morning, and the stuff that somehow refuses to leave my head years later.
Some of it will be reviews. Some of it will be essays. Some of it will just be a record that I was here, played this, watched that, and think it's worth remembering.
I've always been more interested in keeping media than chasing it. I like old game consoles, physical collections, forgotten releases, cult films, and the stories attached to them. This site exists somewhere between a review outlet, a personal journal, and a long-running archive of everything I don't want to lose track of.
If you're looking for the newest thing, you'll find some of that here too. But Bloodsoaked Media has always been more interested in what survives than what's trending.
This Month
May 2026: The Media Log is live. Expect a mix of longer articles, archive projects, reviews, and shorter journal-style entries. Finished games, first-time film watches, albums on repeat, books, comics, and whatever else ends up earning a place on the shelf.
The archive is still growing. That's kind of the point.
