Borderlands: Legendary Collection brings Gearbox Software’s first three Borderlands games to Nintendo Switch: Borderlands Game of the Year Edition, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, each with its downloadable content. 2K released it on May 29, 2020. The games run on a single console with split-screen co-op in docked play. The filing joins the Borderlands lineage already on the shelf.

The retained object is 2K’s retail edition of Borderlands: Legendary Collection for Nintendo Switch. Dedicated artifact views of the individual copy have not yet been filed; the gallery below is held open for that documentation.

Playback Compatibility: Nintendo Switch software is region-free. The retained game card is the primary access copy and runs on any Nintendo Switch console.
Preservation Concerns: Game cards are flash media; long-term charge retention, contact wear, and loss of the small card from its case are the principal risks. The card holds only Borderlands Game of the Year Edition; Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel are delivered by a download code in the package, so two of the three games depend on the Nintendo eShop and are not preserved by the card alone.
