After three years of relative inactivity from the Finnish grind act, Rotten Sound have dropped “Lazy Asses” from their forthcoming full-length, Abuse to Suffer. It doesn’t shake up the band’s formula in any significant way, but it reestablishes Rotten Sound’s core values—breakneck tempos, manic riffing, and furnace-blast vocals—in under a minute and a half.
If the track’s wink of a title is anything to go by, Rotten Sound are sorry for the wait and ready to apologize with a new album. Abuse to Suffer hits March 25, 2016 on Seasons of Mist.
